Job Description

Reporting directly to senior investment leadership, the Senior Associate, Acquisitions & Asset Management will support investment execution and portfolio management activities across multiple markets nationwide.

  • Lead underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis for new acquisition opportunities and disposition strategies.
  • Oversee asset-level financial performance, business planning, valuations, and operational execution across the existing portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and return forecasts.
  • Prepare investment committee presentations, recommendations, and supporting investment memoranda.
  • Partner with operating partners, lenders, brokers, consultants, and third-party managers to execute business plans and maximize value creation.
  • Support financing activities, capital structure optimization, and strategic portfolio initiatives.
  • Produce investor and management reporting while providing insights that support investment and operational decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, asset management, private equity real estate, investment management, or related investment roles.
  • Strong experience underwriting multifamily, residential, or broader commercial real estate investments.
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
