We are partnering with a global organization to appoint a Senior Benefits Specialist on ma contract basis.This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting U.S. benefits operations during a critical period, including open enrollment.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end administration of health & welfare plans and 401(k)
  • Act as primary point of contact for employee benefits queries
  • Oversee leave of absence (LOA) processes, including maternity and statutory leave programs (NY/NJ focus)
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and managers on LOA administration
  • Handle benefits billing and invoicing processes
  • Support and deliver the annual open enrollment cycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in U.S. benefits administration within a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of LOA programs, particularly NY and NJ family and sick leave regulations
  • Experience managing open enrollment cycles
  • Familiarity with PlanSource and/or working with benefits brokers (e.g., Mercer) is highly preferred
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean team environment
