Senior CM/Owner Rep - Commercial Interiors - Montgomery County

• Serve as the owner's representative overseeing commercial interior, renovation, and capital improvement projects throughout a large portfolio of office assets.
• Manage projects from initial planning and budgeting through construction, closeout, and occupancy.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review project schedules, budgets, subcontractor buyouts, change orders, and construction progress.
• Lead construction meetings and provide regular updates regarding project status, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee MEP systems, building infrastructure upgrades, and facilities-related improvements.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.
• Support leasing and asset management initiatives through delivery of tenant improvements, spec suites, and amenity space renovations.
• Conduct site visits throughout the DC Metro area to monitor active projects and contractor performance.
• Assist in developing project scopes, contractor selection strategies, and procurement activities.
