Key responsibilities include:Lead project teams through planning, execution, and completionDevelop scopes of work and manage procurement of subcontractors and materialsCreate and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestone trackingEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectationsFacilitate coordination between design professionals, consultants, and field teamsReview and approve invoices, change orders, and cost tracking reportsConduct regular project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractorsMaintain thorough project documentation and reportingSupport business development and client relationship managementCollaborate with Superintendents to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality deliveryMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
