Senior Construction Superintendent

• Manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to maintain efficient workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a secure work environment.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues proactively.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals.
• Oversee quality control measures, ensuring all work meets specified standards.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential problems.
