You'll play a leadership role in developing some of New York City's most distinctive residential communities.Job DescriptionLead multiple ground-up residential and mixed-use development projects simultaneously.Manage the entire development lifecycle from acquisition through project completion.Prepare and maintain detailed development schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Develop and update project pro formas and financial models.Perform feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and return-on-investment evaluations.Monitor project budgets, cash flow, financing draws, and overall financial performance.Coordinate with lenders, equity partners, and EB-5 stakeholders as applicable.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and launch plans.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
