Senior Development Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Lead multiple ground-up residential and mixed-use development projects simultaneously.
• Manage the entire development lifecycle from acquisition through project completion.
• Prepare and maintain detailed development schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and update project pro formas and financial models.
• Perform feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and return-on-investment evaluations.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, financing draws, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate with lenders, equity partners, and EB-5 stakeholders as applicable.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and launch plans.
