The company focuses on high-mix production and scalable operations, integrating engineering, quality, and supply chain to deliver precision manufacturing, operational efficiency, and consistent on-time performance.Job DescriptionDefine and execute a multi-site manufacturing strategy aligned with growth objectives, customer requirements, and capacity plans.Lead performance management across all facilities using key operational metrics such as throughput, yield, equipment effectiveness, cycle time, scrap, and delivery performance.Establish and standardize operating processes to ensure consistency, repeatability, and scalability across locations.Direct production planning, scheduling, and capacity management to support both near-term execution and long-range demand forecasting.Partner closely with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive integrated execution and resolve cross-functional challenges.Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team across manufacturing sites, with a focus on succession planning and capability building.Champion a culture of operational excellence by embedding Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices into daily operations.Own the operational P&L, including labor, materials, overhead, and capital investment planning.Collaborate on supply chain strategy, including sourcing, supplier performance, and inventory optimization.Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and quality standards (e.g., ISO, AS standards) and customer requirements.Lead initiatives related to capacity expansion, new product introduction, and operational scaling.Diagnose and resolve complex operational issues that have significant business impact.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
