Senior Director - Operations

• Lead all financial operations, reporting, auditing, process improvement and implementation with involvement in HR operations, working closely with the CFO
• Lead and optimize operational processes within the property department to ensure efficiency and excellence - for a very large portfolio in NY
• Develop and implement strategic plans to align operations with the organization's overall goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices across the department.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the property department.
