Job Description

  • Contribute to the design and development of next-generation hardware products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues across development, production, and fielded systems
  • Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and bill of materials (BOM) management
  • Drive reliability improvements, performance optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
  • Support EMI/EMC and product safety certifications for domestic and international markets
  • Partner with overseas manufacturers and travel internationally as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Electrical Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience developing electronics in consumer products or medical devices
  • Strong hands-on debugging and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium or KiCad
  • Familiarity with electronics assembly, rework, and lab-based testing/validation
  • Experience integrating electronics into complex mechanical systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Background in electromechanical systems such as motors or braking systems
