Job Description

Contribute to the design and development of next-generation hardware products
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues across development, production, and fielded systems
Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and bill of materials (BOM) management
Drive reliability improvements, performance optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
Support EMI/EMC and product safety certifications for domestic and international markets
Partner with overseas manufacturers and travel internationally as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Electrical Engineer should have:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience developing electronics in consumer products or medical devices
Strong hands-on debugging and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium or KiCad
Familiarity with electronics assembly, rework, and lab-based testing/validation
Experience integrating electronics into complex mechanical systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Background in electromechanical systems such as motors or braking systems
