Job Description

  • Design and develop electrical circuits and PCBs for power and control systems
  • Lead products from early R&D through production release
  • Build and test prototypes; define and execute validation plans
  • Support certification and compliance testing for new designs
  • Partner with manufacturing on first builds, test fixtures, and process improvements
  • Investigate field issues and drive root-cause corrective actions
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on electrical product development experience
  • Strong background in power electronics, LED drivers, or similar systems
  • Proficiency with PCB design tools and ECAD data management
  • Excellent lab and debugging skills at the circuit level
  • Experience supporting UL or similar safety certifications preferred
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a production environment
