With a collaborative environment, diverse project portfolio, and entrepreneurial culture, professionals are empowered to take ownership of their work and accelerate their careers.Job DescriptionWork closely with the onsite Construction Manager and electrical leadership team to support field execution activitiesParticipate in site walkdowns, field reviews, and construction coordination meetingsReview drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure alignment with field activitiesSupport installation, energization, and commissioning of electrical power systemsCoordinate with engineering, construction, and contractor teams to resolve technical issues during constructionMonitor electrical installation activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and industry best practicesAssist with troubleshooting and field adjustments related to power distribution equipment and infrastructureSupport project turnover activities, testing, and startup effortsServe as a key technical resource between engineering and field construction teamsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
