About Our Client

Our client is an established electrical contractor supporting new construction, renovation and complex electrical projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, life science and institutional environments. The organisation delivers projects ranging from traditional electrical construction through design-build, power, lighting, building systems and specialised installations.

Job Description

  • Develop accurate electrical construction estimates and competitive bids.
  • Review drawings, specifications and scope documentation.
  • Develop complete project scopes and identify potential risks or gaps.
  • Assist in bid strategy and pursue profitable new project opportunities.
  • Coordinate pricing and project information throughout the estimating process.
  • Support projects across commercial and technically complex construction sectors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Established electrical estimating experience within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction.
  • Experience estimating complex projects from drawings and specifications.
  • Commercial, industrial, healthcare, life science or institutional project exposure is particularly relevant.
  • Dependable and detail-oriented approach with strong commercial judgement.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings, plans and specifications.
  • Knowledge of electrical construction requirements and project costing.
