Senior Estimator : High Rise Construction

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for high-rise construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project details and requirements.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope and cost implications.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project timelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
• Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure budget adherence.
• Provide detailed reports and presentations on cost estimations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods to enhance estimation accuracy.
