Senior Estimator - Mechanical & Fire Protection

• Prepare detailed estimates for mechanical and fire protection systems, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to provide accurate cost projections.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment with project goals and budgets.
• Maintain a database of historical cost data to support future estimates.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks within project plans.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and assist in value engineering efforts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to gather necessary information.
• Provide support during the bidding process, including reviewing and submitting proposals.
