The Senior Estimator will have the opportunity to work closely with operations leadership, help shape preconstruction efforts, and play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth and development.Job DescriptionLead estimating efforts for HVAC and plumbing projects with an emphasis on multifamily construction.Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.Partner with operations and project teams to support successful project execution.Help streamline estimating and preconstruction processes as the organization continues to grow.Serve as a key resource within the preconstruction group and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.Support strategic growth initiatives throughout a multi-state operation.Collaborate directly with executive leadership and operations teams on high-profile pursuits.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
