This is an opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage, where your contribution will be highly visible and valued.Job DescriptionAs the Senior Project Manager / Estimator, you will work closely with leadership and take ownership of both preconstruction and project delivery across drywall and framing scopes.Lead full-cycle estimating for commercial and multifamily drywall/framing projects up to circa $12 millionPrepare detailed quantity take-offs using recognised industry softwareManage projects through lifecycle where required, from bid through deliveryCollaborate with internal and field teams to ensure accurate pricing and executionEvaluate subcontractor bids and supplier pricing to maintain competitivenessLeverage technology, including AI-assisted tools, to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiencySupport leadership with workload management during a period of organisational growthMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
