Looking for a Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager to join their team!*Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application*Job DescriptionThe Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager is responsible for:Reporting into the Chief EstimatorSupporting junior staffLeading precon efforts, very client facingHandling jobs soup to nuts - once job comes in this person would operate it (along with team to support)Analyzing construction plans and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimatesPreparing estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractorsConsulting with clients, subcontractors, vendors and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issuesCollaborating with engineers, architects, owners and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimatesReading and analyzing scopes of workReviewing RFI's and AddendumsAttending any necessary pre-construction meetingsPresenting estimates to clients/ownersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
