The company is deeply invested in developing its hardworking employees and fostering long-term career growth.Job DescriptionSenior Estimator ResponsibilitiesManage all project documentation to ensure compliance, schedule adherence, and budget control.Assemble and distribute as-built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy, and lien releases.Schedule projects in logical phases and allocate time effectively to meet deadlines.Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Track and analyze cost data to reduce gaps between estimates and actuals.Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor bids and budgets.Prepare and present comprehensive estimate documentation, identifying gaps and risks.Generate estimates across multiple delivery systems and review quotes with project management.Assist with post-bid buyouts and subcontractor onboarding.Participate in meet-and-greet presentations with subcontractors and suppliers.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
