Senior Estimator

• Supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Collaborate with clients to address project needs and expectations effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist in procurement processes and material management for projects.
