As the Senior External Reporting Manager, you will have an important role within the corporate function handling all SEC reporting such as 10K, 10Q, etc.

Job Description

  • Lead the preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports, including: Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K, Proxy Statements, Registration Statements, Earnings Releases
  • Ensure all disclosures comply with SEC regulations, U.S. GAAP, and applicable reporting requirements.
  • Manage the financial statement preparation process, including footnote disclosures and Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A).
  • Prepare technical accounting memos supporting significant accounting conclusions.
  • Support SOX 404 compliance initiatives related to financial reporting controls.
  • Develop and maintain reporting controls and documentation procedures.
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit and external auditors to facilitate reviews and audits.
  • Ensure timely resolution of audit and regulatory comments.
  • Serve as a key liaison with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Accounting teams.
  • Support communications with executive leadership, including the CFO and Controller.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience
  • Big 4 Experience
  • SEC Reporting Experience
  • CPA
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
