Job Description

  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints
  • Develop and execute structured CI roadmaps to optimize processes, productivity, and cost efficiency
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional projects to eliminate waste and improve performance
  • Leverage data analytics to prioritize high-impact improvement opportunities and track KPIs
  • Partner with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to implement sustainable improvements
  • Build and deliver CI training programs to foster a culture of operational excellence across sites

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Lean Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or TOC certification strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead Kaizen events and deliver measurable results
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with ability to influence without authority
  • Experience driving cultural change and using data to support decision-making
