Job Description

  • Lead maintenance, engineering, and facilities operations across the manufacturing site.
  • Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
  • Develop and execute capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
  • Improve equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Oversee building systems, utilities, HVAC, and facility infrastructure.
  • Manage maintenance systems, CMMS platforms, spare parts strategy, and asset reliability programs.
  • Support environmental, wastewater, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Partner with global teams to implement best practices and operational improvements.
  • Develop and mentor maintenance leaders, engineers, and technical staff.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience leading maintenance and engineering teams within food manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment reliability and maintenance systems.
  • Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Ability to lead technical teams while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
