Job Description

  • Leading maintenance, engineering, facilities, and reliability programs across the manufacturing operation.
  • Developing annual capital investment plans aligned with growth, productivity, and operational objectives.
  • Managing capital projects from concept through commissioning and performance validation.
  • Implementing and improving TPM, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
  • Creating KPI dashboards and improvement plans focused on uptime, equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and overall production performance.
  • Overseeing facilities infrastructure, including building systems, utilities, HVAC, and contractor management.
  • Expanding the use of CMMS and digital maintenance technologies to improve visibility, planning, and asset management.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and equipment optimization efforts.
  • Partnering with operations, quality, safety, procurement, finance, and global engineering teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting energy optimization, sustainability programs, and environmental compliance efforts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong maintenance leadership experience within food manufacturing or related process manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing maintenance teams and driving operational improvements.
  • Experience with TPM, PM/PdM systems, and reliability engineering methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical maintenance expertise; PLC experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, food safety requirements, and manufacturing compliance standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.The successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation.We offer comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick time to eligible employees.
