Job Description

Lead and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across North America, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives while adapting campaigns for regional market needs.

Develop and deliver trade-focused marketing campaigns spanning B2C and B2B channels, including digital, print, social media, PR, events, promotions, and retail programs.

Oversee regional sell-out campaigns for both core brands and all major product categories, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to support commercial performance.

Manage relationships with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution across all channels.

Act as the primary liaison between global marketing teams and North American stakeholders to ensure consistent brand governance and effective local execution.

Lead marketing communications support for product launches, promotions, retail initiatives, and dealer programs across the U.S. and Canada.

Ensure consistent brand and design standards across all touchpoints, including web, email, events, point-of-sale materials, and retailer communications.

Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual MarCom budgets, tracking spend and ROI against defined KPIs.

Monitor campaign performance through analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on B2B and trade marketing.

Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Experience adapting global brand strategies to local market requirements.

Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and experience using marketing performance metrics.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, and tools such as Google AdWords.

Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Fluency in English; SAP experience is a plus.
