With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement, they offer an environment where your engineering expertise can make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.Support Production with machine setups, trouble shooting, operator training and other functionsIdentify, implement, and document process improvements including cycle time, tool life, process capability, and automation.Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in the manufacturing process.Design and optimize workflows to reduce waste and improve performance.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing operations.Provide technical support and guidance to the team.Collaborate with customers to identify and suggest modifications to customer specifications to improve cost, quality, and/or lead timeWork with the quoting team to assign accurate costs to new parts based on materials, labor, and production complexity.
