Employees benefit from a collaborative environment where technical expertise is valued, professional development is encouraged, and individuals are empowered to make a meaningful contribution to operational and business success.Job DescriptionLead the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes and CNC machining programs.Create and improve CNC programs for milling, multi-axis machining, and other precision manufacturing applications.Design tooling, fixtures, and work-holding solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and repeatability.Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges related to equipment, machining processes, tooling, and production workflows.Support new product introduction activities, ensuring successful transition from development through full-scale production.Collaborate with commercial, engineering, quality, and operations teams to meet project timelines and customer requirements.Develop scalable manufacturing processes that improve product quality, efficiency, and safety.Drive transfer of products and processes from development environments into manufacturing operations.Provide hands-on production support and implement improvements that enhance throughput, quality, and cost performance.Lead process validation activities, including equipment qualification and manufacturing validation protocols.Generate and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, reports, and technical records.Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and industry standards within a regulated manufacturing environment.Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.Train and mentor production personnel on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and best practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
