Known for its commitment to innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement, the company partners with customers to bring complex products to market while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.Job DescriptionThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer will:Lead the transfer of new products and manufacturing processes into production environments.Manage multiple manufacturing and product development projects from launch through commercialization.Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production methods.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, capacity, and safety.Partner directly with customers and internal stakeholders to support technical project execution.Provide day-to-day production support by troubleshooting process and equipment-related issues.Create, revise, and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.Analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.Lead validation activities including equipment qualification and process validation protocols.Support equipment commissioning, preventative maintenance programs, and process readiness activities.Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve technical and operational challenges.Prepare engineering reports, project updates, and technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with quality, operations, development, and production teams to ensure on-time project delivery.Drive best practices in manufacturing, process control, and operational excellence.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
