Job Description

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, safety, and waste reduction
  • Improve machine performance, throughput, setup/changeover time, tool life, and process reliability
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to solve critical manufacturing issues
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through execution, partnering with production, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers
  • Support automation and process enhancement efforts across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Promote a strong safety culture and help ensure compliance with plant safety standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 7+ years of manufacturing experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
  • Experience with CNC machining, process optimization, quality systems, and time studies
  • Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, controls, gauging, and mechanical/electrical systems
  • Proficiency with CAD, manufacturing simulation tools, and ERP systems such as SAP
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable in a hands-on plant environment with occasional travel to a second facility



What's on Offer

  • Base salary $90,000 - $105,000 depending on experience level
