The company is known for its technical expertise, investment in advanced manufacturing technologies, and commitment to producing high-quality medical components.Job DescriptionThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Operations Manager and be responsible for:Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing medical device products.Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations.Design tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing systems using 3D modeling software.Create and maintain CNC machining programs utilizing Esprit and machine-based software.Lead process validations and support ongoing process maintenance activities.Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage multiple engineering projects while meeting deadlines and deliverables.Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, specifications, and documentation.Support quality and compliance initiatives within an ISO-regulated environment.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and leadership teams to drive productivity and efficiency improvements.Apply today for immediate consideration!
