Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of proposals, qualifications, and interview materials
  • Manage multiple concurrent pursuits in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment (2-4 per week)
  • Support RFQ/RFP submissions including content development, design, and final production
  • Maintain and update key marketing assets including resumes, project sheets, and templates
  • Collaborate with leadership on pursuit strategy, messaging, and positioning
  • Translate complex ideas into clean, compelling visual and written content
  • Contribute to interview preparation including presentation materials and graphics
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and quality expectations
  • Work closely with internal teams to support business development and revenue growth

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of marketing experience within AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
  • Strong experience producing proposals, bids, and pursuit materials
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential, plus Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • Excellent graphic design skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Interest in construction, design, and the built environment
