Job Description

This Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Leading mechanical design activities for complex engineered products
  • Developing detailed 3D models, drawings, and engineering documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development
  • Conducting design reviews, analysis, and failure investigations
  • Supporting testing, validation, and qualification efforts
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, quality, and manufacturability

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Mechanical Engineer will have

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience within manufacturing
  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, aviation, or highly regulated industries
  • Proficiency with CAD software and engineering drawing standards
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems
  • Experience with product development from concept through production
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
