Senior Owners Project Manager - MSBA - Needham, MA

The Senior Owners Project Manager - MSBA - will:

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to align project goals and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
