Job Description

This role involves leading process improvement initiatives, supporting new equipment validation, and ensuring manufacturing systems consistently meet customer and quality standards. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and implement sustainable operational improvements across production environments.

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using statistical tools.
  • Lead validation activities for new equipment, tooling, and processes.
  • Develop project plans, technical specifications, and control strategies.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong process improvement expertise and a solid understanding of plastics or related manufacturing environments. They are analytical, collaborative, and capable of leading projects from concept through implementation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, Six Sigma, or process validation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
