With a reputation for quality craftsmanship, collaborative partnerships, and repeat business, they have successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, mixed-use developments, senior living facilities, and residential housing projects throughout the region.Job DescriptionLead all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and financial performance metrics.Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and scope management.Direct project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field personnel.Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure project milestones and production goals are achieved.Review and negotiate owner contracts, subcontract agreements, and change orders.Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving project challenges.Maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and consultants.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to executive leadership and project stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, contract requirements, and local building regulations.Support business development efforts through client engagement and participation in project pursuits.Manage project closeout activities, including punch list completion, commissioning, and final turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
