Lead all client outreach to increase Michael Page's residential and affordable housing client base with non-profit organizations, real estate developers, investment trusts, banks and syndicators. Work closely with East Coast Managing Director to provide advice and guidance on US Real Estate & Construction long-term strategy. Prepare and present growth plan to senior leaders to increase market share locally and nationally. Support US talent acquisition team to identify, hire and onboard new talent for the above space on the East Coast. Create and deliver bespoke training internally to senior leadership relating to recruitment best practice, East Coast Real Estate & Construction, East Coast market trends and terminology, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) affordable housing, a core growth market and contributor to our East Cost revenue across multiple business units. Partner with the US customer success team to ensure high levels of quality and service to the LIHTC real estate client base and help drive net promoter score (global strategic objective). Perform matrix management/leadership work with candidate resourcing teams, to deliver to key accounts, locally and further afield driving cross-selling initiatives. Review every vertical outside of Michael Page's North American Real Estate & Construction business to identify warm accounts that have not been utilized by the Real Estate & Construction business and create and act upon an outreach strategy. Work with the North America CEO and other department heads based on the information gathered in the point above to create a long-term vision and scaling plan to separate the Real Estate business from the Construction. Must have five (5) years of recruitment agency experience with all of the following: Identifying potential clients and driving new business within the multifamily, affordable housing, and real estate development sectors in New York City; Placing candidates with LIHTC deals and projects and business developing clients who specialize in LIHTC development; Utilizing Salesforce or NetSuite to manage candidate pipelines, track sales activity, and generate performance reports; Performing business development with clients in the construction and real estate industries; Negotiating with and presenting to clients and candidates and C-suite executives internally; Leading internal training and development for new and existing hires relating to sales and recruiting techniques; Analyzing affordable housing regulations, building codes, and construction compliance requirements while considering linked regulations in New York City; and Recruiting for large-scale, high-complexity projects in the multifamily housing and real estate development space.What's on OfferEMPLOYER: Michael Page International, IncTRAVEL REQT: 10% domestic travel is required to various and unanticipated company and client sites.
