Senior Preconstruction Manager - Denver

• Lead the preconstruction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and value engineering options for clients.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure constructability and value optimization.
• Oversee bid processes, including solicitation, evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members within the construction department.
