Senior Preconstruction Manager - Huntsville, Al

• Lead the preconstruction process, including budget preparation, cost estimation, and value engineering.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project feasibility.
• Evaluate project risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present preconstruction proposals and cost reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members during the preconstruction phase.
