• Develop and manage comprehensive preconstruction strategies for multiple projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and schedules to support project decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure project alignment.
• Analyze project risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential challenges.
• Oversee bid preparation and submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
