With a collaborative culture and strong focus on employee development, the company offers a dynamic environment for engineers to lead impactful projects from concept to production.Job DescriptionThe Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for: Support the processing, validation, and documentation of new products, molds, processes, and equipmentContribute to the quoting process for tools and partsProvide training to Process Technicians on resolving processing-related issuesDrive optimization of manufacturing processesLead continuous improvement initiatives through enhancements in materials, processes, tooling, and automationAssist in daily production activities and troubleshoot existing processes as neededIdentify and implement opportunities for cost reductionDesign and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) when requiredCollaborate with customers and suppliers as necessarySupport efforts to maintain and promote a safe working environmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
