Job Description

  • Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide technical support and training to production teams on new processes and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives and lead process improvement projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardised manufacturing processes, introducing controlled improvements as needed.
  • Review production documentation and work instructions to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and clearly communicated.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and determine manufacturing feasibility based on operational capabilities.
  • Provide technical support to customers, production teams, quality teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Review customer and industry specifications to ensure compliance with manufacturing capabilities and quality standards.
  • Investigate non-conforming products, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support production teams in meeting customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development, review, and continuous improvement of manufacturing procedures and process documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Investigate customer concerns and support root-cause analysis and resolution efforts.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to support material and process requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain critical process controls and equipment standards.
  • Support capital improvement projects aimed at increasing operational capabilities and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize equipment utilization and manufacturing throughput.
