Job Description

  • Own end‑to‑end execution of multiple projects within a larger program
  • Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and key performance drivers
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, and support teams
  • Lead project reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and dependencies
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal execution

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Technical background, ideally within engineering or manufacturing
  • Experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
