They offer a collaborative, team-oriented environment where employees gain broad exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to make an impact during an exciting period of growth and transition.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage accounting activities for active commercial construction projects.Process project-related and administrative invoices accurately and efficiently.Prepare and process AIA billings and support project billing cycles.Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and financial subledgers.Maintain accurate project financial records and general ledger information.Coordinate subcontractor invoicing and payment documentation.Support project teams by providing financial reporting and accounting insights.Assist with accounts payable functions and high-volume invoice processing.Conduct system and financial audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Support month-end, year-end audit activities, and tax preparation efforts.Partner with finance leadership to improve accounting processes and controls.Help ensure the smooth transition of responsibilities during a key organisational succession.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
