Job Description

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project specifications.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, reports, and permits.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify quality and adherence to project plans.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving during all project phases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with company objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Engineer should have:

  • Experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
  • Experience with writing RFIs, submittals, supporting project team, and managing junior engineers under her.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
