Job Description

The Role:

  • Support day-to-day project management activities across active job sites
  • Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Monitor project schedules and assist with budget tracking
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates
  • Assist in managing project closeout and turnover processes
  • Support multiple projects depending on size and complexity

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project engineering
  • Experience working on K-12, higher education, healthcare, corporate, or industrial projects
  • Exposure to ground-up, renovation, or large-scale builds
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
