Job Description

  • Support Project Managers through all phases of commercial construction projects
  • Assist with project documentation, coordination, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and project administration BUT want you to run projects most of all
  • Gain hands-on exposure managing projects with increasing responsibility, supervision, & mentorship from your PM
  • Work closely alongside experienced PMs and project teams in a highly collaborative environment
  • Learn the business from start to finish while preparing to lead projects of your own

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project support role within commercial construction
  • Experience with tenant improvements, renovations, or interior build-outs is preferred
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project scheduling
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role through hands-on mentorship and increased responsibility
