Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment as needed for the project.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Engineer/Junior PM should have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager
  • A solid background in construction project management or engineering.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
