Senior Project Executives are trusted partners to clients and play a central role in shaping both project execution and long‑term client relationships.

Job Description



Project & Operational Leadership

  • Provide executive oversight for a large, complex data center / mission‑critical project from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
  • Lead multi‑discipline teams encompassing project management, field leadership, preconstruction, and specialist support.
  • Ensure integration of construction, commissioning, phased turnover, and operational readiness strategies.



Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as executive point of contact for the owner, operators, designers, commissioning agents, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with hyperscale / enterprise data center clients.
  • Lead executive‑level progress meetings, risk discussions, and strategic alignment sessions.



Financial & Risk Oversight

  • Own project financial performance including cost control, forecasting, margin management, and change strategy.
  • Oversee risk management, contract administration, and resolution of complex scope, schedule, and technical issues.
  • Guide advanced procurement strategies for long‑lead MEP and electrical infrastructure.



Team & Market Leadership

  • Mentor Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents within the mission‑critical group.
  • Support development of mission‑critical standards, lessons learned, and best practices for future projects.
  • Partner with regional and national leadership on strategic growth of the data center platform.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-25+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
  • Extensive background delivering data centers, mission‑critical facilities, advanced manufacturing, or highly MEP‑intensive projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $300M+ (or equivalent scale/complexity).
  • Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, redundancy, resiliency, and commissioning processes.
  • Proven ability to lead large project teams and interface with sophisticated owner and operator groups.
  • Executive‑level communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
  • Experience working within structured, large‑GC delivery environments preferred.

  • Base Salary: $180,000 - $225,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $220,000 - $300,000+
