Job Description

  • Lead and oversee multiple Project Managers, project teams, and complex construction portfolios.
  • Take full ownership of business unit financial performance, including P&L management, forecasting, cash flow, margins, and strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Lead project pursuits, proposals, presentations, client interviews, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive growth across industrial, manufacturing, energy, utility, water, and wastewater markets.
  • Provide executive oversight for project execution, safety, quality control, scheduling, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams to guide budgeting, strategy, and project delivery planning.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of construction leadership experience with direct P&L responsibility.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $15M-$25M+.
  • Background in heavy industrial, mechanical, process piping, energy, utility, manufacturing, or water/wastewater construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, design-build delivery, project controls, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Proven experience overseeing estimating functions and large project portfolios.
  • Knowledge of structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, developing clients, and growing business opportunities.
