Job Description

  • Manage $15M to $25M/yr in industrial, multifamily, and commercial construction projects
  • Support 1-2 builds per year through the preconstruction phase
  • Utilize project management skills to drive repeat business with new and existing clientel

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of construction industry experience
  • Track record of leading projects in the commercial, multifamily, industrial, or healthcare sectors
  • Experience on projects valued at $10M+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting and independently
