Job Description

* Lead multiple redevelopment, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects simultaneously

* Oversee budgeting, conceptual estimating, planning, and scheduling efforts

* Manage architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and tenant relationships

* Negotiate contracts, oversee permits, and mitigate project risks

* Provide project leadership while communicating progress to executive stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

* 7+ years of commercial and/or industrial construction experience

* Proven success managing complex design-build projects

* Adaptive reuse, renovation, or redevelopment experience strongly preferred

* Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and contract management expertise

* Entrepreneurial leader capable of making decisions and driving results
